Problem, it’s the most common
word that we use many times a day. Quite obvious it is. We all face some sort
of problem one day or the other. But, have we ever thought or analyzed about
the root cause of it. Is it like we directly try to find out a solution? Or is
it like we don’t even try to find a solution and just seek others to help you
to come out of it.
It’s a common mentality that
whenever we face a problem, may it be big or small, we just try to overcome it.
We will get hyper, may feel frustrated, depressed, and helpless and would
definitely regret that very moment that lead to that problem. We want a
solution, not an analysis and that too quick and easy. We don’t even want to
work hard to come out of it. In our society, we have another set of people who
when find themselves in a trouble, don’t even try to find a solution. They will
just crib about it; they will cry, blame others and will do all kind
unnecessary things that won’t help them either.
My idea to come out of a problem
is little different. Obviously, I too feel frustrated and depressed when I face
some hard time. But one thing I never loose is my patience. With a calm mind,
try to think about what went wrong at that very moment that made us land in
such a situation. Analyze the situation and conditions at that time, and
actions and reactions as well. In this way, we will at least get a root cause
of the problem. Now try to find various ways/options to solve it.
We should always aim to find out a long term
solution. Short term solutions may be effective at that point of time; however,
they may not very successful and may not eliminate the problem by its root.
Further, try to find a solution yourself. Seek for an advice but do not depend
on others so much that without them you may feel handicap. And most
importantly, believe in yourself. Stay positive and optimistic. That’s the best
thing you can do to yourself.
